not only does the boss only hire women but seems the have to have a required weight before applying is 46.82kg any higher is unacceptable.

they get treated pretty well and are offered snacks during/between work and lunch
and are allowed to nap in turns , to the point it feels like they actually forget they aren't home..

the boss treats his workers well alright...
